Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

What a week. Lets start with Crazy girl at work. She has been leaving me along. :) Oh happy day!!!

Tuesday I weighed in at Dara's Doctor's appointment and I dropped 3 pounds. I now weigh 102 pounds.

Thursday ran to Wal-Mart to pick up Dara's iron pills and thought while I was there I would check out the exercise pants. I love to sleep in these pants they are so comfortable. They had 3 in my size at 1/2 price. So, I went to check out there T-shirts and they were marked down to 2.50 to 1.00 each. I picked up 3 to go with my new pants. Ran over to K-Mart to look around and remembered I needed new socks and picked those up, then I checked out the sleeping bras. It was so sad, I couldn't find any in my size. I had to go to the little girls section and get a large training bra. :(

Was heading home (I am always home by 4) and Dara calls me wanting to know where I was. I told her I was running away from home. She told me I couldn't do that.

NOW FOR MR. TOAD'S WILD RIDE...

That night Dara's friend calls and wanted to know if I would take her to her ex-boyfriends house to pick up her stuff. I was told before that he could be really mean, so I asked her if I need to go to the police station and have them go with us, she said I didn't, that he was going to give her things to her. So, off we go. She goes up to the house and my phone rings, it's Bob on his lunch break. I put my window down on the car so I could hear if Dara's friend was in trouble and was trying to talk to Bob at the same time. Then Dara's friend walks out by the car and so does the ex-boyfriend. He got right up in her face. I told Bob "have to go" and hung up the phone, Bob had no idea what was going on. I get out of the car and told Dara's friend to get in the car and she did. The ex-boyfriend didn't do anything then. I don't really know what I could have done if the ex did do anything. We all get in the car and leave. I called Bob back to let him know why I hung up on him. He was so mad at me. He said "what if the ex went after you, what would you do? " I told him that I had a phone and could call the cops or take pictures of him beating me up. He was not happy. LOL! I took Dara's friend to our house and had a little talk with her and after she calmed down, I took her home and talked to her Mom.

Friday morning I started my exercise again, 20 set ups, 20 reverse set ups and 20 dog leg lefts on each leg. Cooper got his exercise also. When I did my set ups, he would jump on the couch when I came up and then down off the couch when I went down. It was so funny. Then on to the reverse set ups. Dylan and Cooper play this game where Dylan lays on the floor and Cooper will hug him. Cooper puts his neck on Dylan's neck. Cooper was trying to hug me while I was trying to do my reverse set ups.

1 I am a morning person. Usually wake up happy.
2 I wear make-up during the weekdays, but not so much on the weekends.

Valentine's

What a wonderful suprise I had when I came home from work on Valentine's Day.
As soon as I walked in the door, Dara said there was something on the table for me. Of course I said what bills, a to-do list. "Just look Mom."
Flowers from Bob with a card that said "I will always love you with all my heart." He hasn't sent me flowers in a long-long time. Bob called me on his lunch and I thanked him for the flowers and told him I wasn't expecting anything until the weekend.
Tuesday I called him when he was on his lunch and told him I would be taking him out to eat Saturday for Valentine's Day. He said that is what he was going to do. LOL! Too bad I beat you to it and you still have to come up with something for Valentine's day.

Girls Night Out

I had a great time, with the girls from work. We met at the brassrail and had a bite to eat. http://www.pagedezigner.com/brass/ Melissa's Mom bought everyones meal. I thought that was very sweet of her.

Then we were off to the Dandelion. This is where the birthday girl (Melissa) wanted to go. It was a lot of fun. I even danced a few times. But it was so loud in there, okay I am showing my age now. LOL!

Had my phone a vibrate, in case someone was looking for me. Well, around 12-12:30 my phone goes off and it was Bob, home from work and wanted to know what was up. He for got I had told him I would be out with the girls from work. He decided to join us. I was off talking to the birthday gril when my phone goes off again, it was Bob. So, I walked over to where he was and he asked me to dance. I thought that was just so sweet, I couldn't say no.

TGIF!

TGIF! What a week. Crazy girl at work is still crazy. I can't seem to get away from her, she hunts me down. Drives me up the wall.

Dara is doing better and stayed home all week. Well, Tuesday she went back to school, but only made it through one hour and came home because she was so weak. Wednesday she had a Doctors appointment and the doctor said it was too soon to go back. (Made me feel like I was the worst Mom in the world!!!) Maybe Friday he said. But they canceled school friday, because of the flooding. It is worst (the flood) this time then the last one we had last month. Also the doctor appoliged to me, for being so rude on the phone when I called one night when Dara wasn't feeling well. He said, "I think I could of handled that better." I said "yes, you could have."

Dylan is going good, sick one day and seem to bounce back right way. He is still trying to get out of his grounding. This kid doesn't give up, I'm telling you.

Bob played hooky from work Tuesday. I was so upset, I think steam came out of my ears!

I finially got my new glasses and today at work the safety glasses I have to wear over my glasses, kept felling off. It was driving me up the wall. So, I said something to the supervisor. All I said was, "I need proper fitting safety glass." He's reply was "if you don't wear them then you have to go back to ProResourses."
GRRR! I didn't refused to wear them, I just asked for a proper fitting pair! By the end of the day, my nose was so sore from them falling down or resting on my glasses.
So, I learned my lesson don't ask for thing that you need to do your job better. But it is okay to tell the supervisor that you are going to "hang him like a dog." That is what Crazy girl said to him one day.

The girls at worked ask me to go out with them tonight. We will be meeting soon. I am looking forward to this. It has been a while since I have been out with friends. If I have a good time, I'll have pictures tomorrow.

What a week

Where do I start? Work there is this crazy girl, who always sets with me during lunch. I tried to move to a different table, but she just followed me. She grawled at me when she walked by my work station Friday. STRANGE!!!

Saturday night had to call the Doctors office for Dara. She was in a lot of pain and shaking. The doctor said it was just the flu. How can you tell over the phone??? She was getting worse so I ran her into the ER and they kept saying the same thing. But finially they ran some test and found out what the real problem was. She is doing much better and is sleeping right now.

Going to stitch on Sophie Sringfield by Calico Crossroads today and caught up on laundry.
