Friday eve I decide to go to Jo Ann's and use my g.c. that my Mom gave me for my birthday and I bought a few things that I need to make the Christmas Spiders. The light blue one is the first one I made, than I made a dark blue one (no picture). And today I made the black one. I think they are cute and plan to make several more for friends and family. They look better in person.

Earlier in the week I made No Bake Cookies. KC came home with Dylan on day after school and I told her that there were cookies. She said "You are the most amazing Mom". I said "here that Dara!!" LOL! KC is now Dylan's girl friend.

When I cook, a lot of the time, Kayden likes to cook with me. So, he gets out a big pan and I give him a measuring cup and spoon. And he just bangs and stirs and was happy with that. When I was making the cookies he wanted some of the ingredients in his pan. I gave him a teaspoon of sugar and he put it in his pan and stirred it around. Then he wanted more, so I gave him a teaspoon of cocoa. Well, this time he put it in his mouth. Oh the face he made!!! It was something else. I told him to run and get his a drink.
Kayden is one year and 3 months old. He is something else! Loves to clap, giggle when he sneezes, pulls his ears, when you ask him where is ears are and sticks out his tongue, when you ask where his tongue is. Now, he thinks he and jump. Video is Kayden "jumping" with out his feet leaving the ground. Too funny!

You've been busy! The cookies sound yummy. Aren't kids so cute at that age?
However did you make that cute ornament?
Kayden is really growing up fast.
I think the spiders are so cute. My son did a report on German Christmas traditions last year and he loved the story about the Christmas spider.... :)
Aww...Kayden is cute!! Your spiders are cute...creepy...but cute!!
I’m impressed, I need to say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a weblog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me inform you, you've hit the nail on the head. Your concept is excellent.
Make yourself a beaded Christmas spider ornament and read this legend behind the story.
