This is the center of Kayden's blanket. I started stitching it in 2008 and this is what it looked like when I put it away Dec. 2008.
And this is what it looks like today. I started backstitching last night.

THIS WEEK
Wednesday night one of Dylan's teachers wanted Bob and I to come in and talk to her. It was his English teacher and she just wanted us to know that she thinks Dylan is a wonderful kid, is a leader for some of the other students and is so nice to have in class. :) It's always good to hear good things about your kids. You worry about them all the time and never know if you are doing the right thing or not.

The stitching is really cute! Is that Precious Moments??? I like the colors of the piece; very nice. Isn't it amazing how much difference backstitching makes??? The lanyards are lovely; I had a boss that made me several lanyards over the years and I still love changing them out when the mood fits. Congrats to Kim for winning your giveaway!
