May Flowers

Going frugal...Last month I started making my own laundry detergent.  Cost per gallon is 21 cents, I was paying over $9.00 for less then a gallon, before.  It works great and I love the smell.  I have sensitive skin and so far no problems.  Picture below...I started making my own lotion, air freshener and tooth paste.

*Note-Had to stop using the tooth paste, it made my teeth hurt after a few weeks.

 My Flower Beds...I am finding lots of flowers popping up all over, in the yard.  So, I have been digging them up and putting them in the flower beds.

Pick up three flats of Snap Dragons and Rose Moss to feel in the bare spots.

This silly roster, my sister Mary bought me a few years ago, it's head, tail and wings bobble in the wind, planted Rose Moss and Checks & Hens in it.

The Day Lillies started to bloom.

My Studio...Still working on the studio room.  But with pool season here there isn't much time.  New window is in and started hanging drywall.

Closet doors removed and partial wall removed.

 Tree Removal...Tree was growing to close to the house and it was a messing tree, stuff flying from it all spring.

Kayden's birthday!  Wow, he is 4 already.  His birthday party was at the bowling alley.

 Of course had to stop and have a little fun with Kayden playing in the sandbox.

And going to the park.

 Friends went camping over Memorial Day weekend and we went out and joined them one eve.

 Nikki, fishing.

 Karen, trying to cool off.  It was really muggy that night, and just sticking our feet in cold water really helped.

 Treasury hunting with my MIL.  Found a few good things.
