September? Where did you go?

Designs by ZaneyMay
New patterns...

Pearly Petals Necklace pattern shows how to make the necklace both ways.

Crossroads Bracelet When making the ornament I thought it would make a pretty bracelet also.

Bejeweled Delight Barrette & Pin patterns are sold together.
Soon to be released...I just started making crochet patterns.

A few flowers still in bloom.  I don't think I have ever seen daylilies bloom in Sept.

 Bob, sweeping the chimney.

Made a few fire starters, they work great!
I used egg cartons, in each section, place lint from your dryer, then a dab of petroleum jelly and more lint on top, cut each section out.
We had a little hail in Sept, it didn't last long and it melted fast.
 Homestead...
Gutted the hallway and put up new drywall.  I haven't taken an updated picture of the hallway yet, I'll show it next month.

Well, that was my September.  Hope yours was a good one.

August

My Studio...
A few new things, added the letter "D" to the exit door.
Found this cute turtle step stool at Ducth Village, he hangs out in my closet ready to help. LOL!
Added this sign to the closet door.  Next picture is how I organize my cross stitch floss and beads.
Hubby made me this ribbon holder.  Once it was full I added the cording and extras on the side.
Filled the closet, with patterns and all kinds of craft books, magazines and material.
This is were I cross stitch, crochet and just relax.
With the studio done, I have made a few new patterns.
Hot Air Balloon #5.                                                  African Mystery Necklace.
Vintage Flower Blossoms Bracelet/Ring.                                       Hot Air Balloon Ornament #6.
 Cross Stitching...
Made this cute little dragon pin for Kayden for Halloween, it's a pin on a card.  Reframed the piece on the right, I made for my Grandma C years ago and I asked to get it back with she passed away.
Framed Flip Flops, which was a pain, because of the boarder and Witches.

Homestead...New Roof!

Flowers that bloomed is August! Love the colors.
The wind knocked over Kayen's pool and the rain filled it, so we put Myrtle in there for a swim.
He loved it.

I went and watch Bob play Volleyball at the park.

And of course I made time for my favorite guy in the world, Kayden.
Well, that was my August.  Hope yours was a good one.

July = Hot & Dry

From my flower garden.
Studio Closet
Studio painted and new carpet.
A few pictures from two of my favorite cross stitch retreats.
A few cross stitch pictures.
I had this sign made for my studio, it hangs above my beading desk.
Sign is made by Creative Name Signs
Bead stand, desk and file cabinet.
I made the curtain my self.  This material was not easy to sew, but I am happy with the way it turned out.
New Patterns
With the studio almost done, still some organizing to do and a few more odds and ends to finish the studio.
I have started beading again.
I have a few more ideas for this pattern set, earrings and a barrette.  But I had to order more beads.  Hope to show them next month.

Cut down another tree.

Kayden had told me more than once he would like to see real ducks, so I took him to the lake and we feed the ducks.  He loved the ducks, but didn't care to much for the geese, they were a little aggressive.
The Fair
Kayden and I went to the fair.

He loved the bunnies.
This was at the fair, the lady that made it used her Mother's jewelry.
The picture isn't that good, but it was just beautiful and I love the idea.
 Kayden at the park.

July, was HOT and DRY here in Northern Indiana.
No fireworks or open fires, until the end of July, after it rained.
Well, that was my July...Hope yours was a good.
