Possible Place for Hoosier Stitchers Retreat

Camp Ray Bird
Saturday, I went to check out a camp for the next Hoosier Stitchers retreat, Camp Ray Bird.
This is a picture of the lodge.
Bottom floor has the kitchen and dinning area.
Top floor has a meeting room and bedrooms.

Entering the Lodge we walked into the Dinning Hall.
As you can see it is large enough we could have a section for eating and another for stitching.

To the left is the Kitchen.
I asked if it would be okay for us to dye material in the Kitchen and he said that would be fine, just to be careful of the floors.

Up the stairway you walk into the Fireside Meeting Room.
We could set up here for stitching, but no drinks or food is allowed on the top floor.

This is the view from the Fireside Meeting Room.
To the left of the meeting room is the girls bed rooms.
Also has one girls bathroom with 3 showers and 3 stalls.
There are 3 to 4 bunk beds in each room.
But he did say that there are 60 lower bunks all together.
To the right of the meeting room is the boys bedrooms.
Also a boys bathroom with 3 showers and 3 stalls.
The boys bunk beds are not as nice as the girls, they have older mattress. Sorry, I didn't take a picture of them.

The price is set up with a minimum of 20 people staying Thursday-Sunday. Your cost would be $41.00. If we have less than 20 staying then your cost would increase. Example if we have 12 staying your cost would be $68.33.
The openings are Sept. 23-26, Sept. 30-Oct. 3, Oct. 7-10, Oct 21-24. Please vote here, look to your right. You can vote for more than one date. The one with the most votes, is what we will try to get.
It is a first come bases. I would need $164.00 down to keep the date we want.

Nancy Lee here under my pseudonym :) Thank you *SO* much for doing the legwork on this! It looks like a great place (even though it's one helluva drive for me). I voted on ALL dates since my calendar is open (so far)!
